Analisis life cycle cost (LCC) merupakan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan biaya awal dan masa depan dalam melakukan investasi sebuah proyek. Metode ini menganalisis nilai ekonomi dari bangunan dengan memperhatikan pengoperasian selama siklus hidup. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis mengetahui biaya- apa saja terdapat Proyek Pembangunan Cendana Residence berapa besar dikeluarkan mulai tahapan desain sampai umur rencana sudah ditetapkan. Data dipakai adalah Gambar Rencana, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) proyek studi literatur mendukung penelitian. Estimasi penggantian perbaikan dimasa akan datang dihitung pada pengeluaran sekarang (present value), 40 tahun, asumsi bunga 12%, tingkat inflasi 5,94%. Hasil Pekerjaan Kusen Kayu Aluminium, serta daun pintu ex. Kamper memiliki sebesar Rp. 884.438.107,34. dinding 533.970.576,80. Kemudian Penutup Lantai Rp.710.747.142,05.Dan Atap 316.731.614,50.
